Well the Bitcointalk Police have made their decision.

It was stated multiple times on other chats and discussions that the CrashDoge people were making inquiries about the hashes being out. Just because it wasnt stated on Bitcointalk means absolutely nothing. Little info was being given out until the investigation was completed. I am sure you can see that the last bit of evidence was given TODAY, meaning that it could not have been stated earlier.
All they needed to do was to say "we suspect the user cheated and we're investigating" with a reasonable deadline. There are plenty of examples how reputable casinos deal with cheaters. This isn't it. Again, if proven guilty, StackGambler would deserve red trust. That's about the extent of what "Bitcointalk Police" can do.
