You deposited like $40 and scammed us for anywhere from $800-2000 usd depending on how we look at the fraudulent withdrawals.  ...and you still want us to 'settle' with you?  If you won, why settle?  I'd be wanting to get paid in full.  

You didn't do the KYC check because you knew damn well you were caught and you didn't want to get in trouble.   ...Well, we didn't need you to KYC, did we?

The sad thing is, YOU CHEATED and the guy that helped you win ADMITTED IT TO US.  You aren't getting anything from us except what we decide to give you.   ...and it's coming.
