It is a 100 % scam!!!

Look at the BIN of ther Blue VISA virtual card. It is 446261. Accordin to the BIN, it s a VISA Debit from LLOYDS BANK (United Kingdom).

I asked them in their chat which bank is the issuer of the cards. They confirm that it is LLOYDS BANK.

I know that LLOYDS BANK offers VISA virtual cards for corporate clients. But I am not sure that the bank can provide them with their cards. Otherswise the bank can have a lot of problems with VISA company.
