As the title already says. What are your promising ICOs (big investing, promising project etc.) that couldnt full fill their expectations ? Are maybe some of them still "living" and having a living community?

https://www.linkedin.com/in/brittany-kaiser-484b577/ Brittany Kaiser cannot push this project to its limit to gain success, investors thought this is going to be huge because of the hype, media coverage people involved in it, but this does not mean it's game over for IOVO, a good project will always be treated as good project, and they have done the right thing in pausing it, because they knew there is a right time for this project to get funded.
