I think there is not much secret about it! But lately people are selling on the rumors and buying on the news. This kind of behavior misleads many investors. The correct thing is that people buy what they want to use or that they strongly believe that someone will use it. In fact, this exercise is not easy because most projects don't make much sense so far.
