Due to a number of scammers posting and registering on the spreadsheet, I will delete all the participants that have no proof of authentication in the bitcointalk bounty thread in all the campaign.
This is also to keep the neatness of spreadsheet.
I will keep an old copy as a reference in case someone appealed.
