Are 1 billion coins still distributed in March 2019?

There's no information yet how many users participated in the airdrop for this month, The dev team knows majority are expecting bigger airdrop payout this month due to most people probably forgot about this project but it was the other way around. There are more people join and participate in the airdrop. Not to mention if someone has 1000 referrals that is already considered an airdrop for 250 more people
