I don't suggest anyone to hold the tokens which fell too much from the ICO price because it is not a bitcoin so once fell means it will be in that price forever even when the bull market begins just because of the fact we will have more new project at that time to invest.
I totally disagree with this, a price of a coin will only remain that way for life if the project team and developer has disappeared and no longer putting effort in the project, yes, a lot of dumping done by the investors really did price damage to its value on marketcap but it still doesnt mean the project is not viable in real life or redundant.
Many developer are still working on their project in the real life which sometimes takes long before it kick start and once the project kick start provided it has a good product, the price will surely rebound again, some of these developers even purposely crash the price of these coins themselves to avoid further dumping in other to keep the coin in the market.
