There is no guessing when it comes to gambling and the user just gambled to his will and it was a really high risk bet and i am certain he is a high roller who won a lot in future trading and spending some fun time in PD. We have seen some crazy rolls in the past and sure it is a place for high rollers.
These people really are the high rollers, they don't know if their bets are going to win and there's no way to find it out.
