Based on my research, here are a couple of things why the market of crypto is volatile. First, it has no intrinsic value. It also has a shortage of regulatory system to overlook it. It also lacks institutional capital. Plus, tradable supply is not on an exchange order book but in off-exchange wallets, which causes slippage that increases volatility. With forums and groups on social media, crypto also developed a herd mentality that breeds an appetite for risk in the hopes of landing a windfall of cash and utilizing a larger share of whatever capital they have to invest in risky instruments, including purchasing such investments on credit. With all these reasons that are given, the more you need to consider diversifying your investments to ICOs and altcoins altogether. Try out things on newly launch exchange like Bitrus or Eosex exchange that has a UI perfect for beginner trader.
There is really no intrinsic value on cryptocurrency just like the fiat we have right now what makes it just different is that it runs on supply and market law. In this kind of bearish I guess having a beginner platform like is the best thing to practice with.
