Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.

The answer is simple, regarding the sphere or cryptocurrency the big influencer is Bitcoin, conforming with the prove evolution of BTC the others coins go up or down.
Well, yes - mostly BTC, I would also argue that ETH has its own sphere of tokens that is a big influencer of the general worth of cryptocurrency, in the sense that one will drag the other up or down with it.
