I think right now the only way to stop scam projects is to be personaly diligent about it, by preventing your self to be scammed and doubting suspicious things you can helf your self in stopping this scam. So just to remind people that even if there is a platform that would have safety features people that wants to scam investors will still find a way to scam them.
Scammers are smart and they know how to trick most of the people to invest in their scam projects. They will do everything it takes if they know people are going to invest their money in something so it's pretty much impossible to avoid getting scammed when 90% of the projects are scam. I think ICO is already a dead thing
They look promising as they can hide their real intentions to us. It is makes a hard way for us to determine those project especially when they are run by high profiled persons.
I've been in bounty before and being an investors sometimes and it is really profitable but it came into the point(last year) that many project arise with full of scam. It is really disgusting and it give us doubts for participating them, and also making a way not to trust for ICO.
