when ETH will go to POS then the big holders will be getting the main profit as they are having the high volume holded and it can be used for POS and earn it freely without mining which will cut the cost of expense so in the start the price of ETH will go down and then it will go up. Same i dont think their will be any effect on ETC as miners will turn to holders to earn from POS
