Today beauty industry concentrates on their loyal customers and they do not give any feedback to them. Every time you want to book an appointment you have to call each and every salon and ask personally for possible dates and it seems ok until you get into the situation when you need to get service next day. Then you google and try to find a salon that gives good service, you go to their facebook to read comments to be sure if they do good service AND  YOU ARE RIGHT - we have google, but it takes tremendous time to search the right salon and Google will never show their schedules and will not interact directly with customers. In other words - we also have a taxi, we can Google them we have all these taxi advert cards with numbers on the fridge, but it became obsolete after we got them to applications like Uber, e-Taxi, etc.
