Hi community
we have a customer who buy tokens long time a go in october 2018.
he try contact zeon for get his token and they said they block his tokens.
normally blockchain cannot be block and each transaction is written.
How zeon network can erase transactions and block peoples ?
also we try check , all communications with zeon are impossible , no telegram , no number , no discord ...

is there some one who are in same situation ?
i think if ZEON want be an real actor , they need give all tokens to people who buy and also change the support strategy they have.
