The issue is that the number of transactions has risen a lot since the price rise, so our 'low' fee payout hasn't confirmed yet.

There's over 50,000 outstanding bitcoin transactions (don't you just love these useless fixes by core ... pushed under the name segwit ...)

Of course if you (or anyone on the pool) finds a block, it will be confirmed
