I am not surprised about the decrease we are seeing in ICO investment because a lot of people are giving up on ICO and in time to come we are going to see even much more decrease.

I too gave up on ICO on the 31st march, when a coin named eo I have been waiting for the past 1 year began to trade below ICO price, this is not fair and investors are tired of losing a lot of money having waited for years just for a coin to be listed on the exchange, investors are now moving from ICO investment to IEO investment.
