Real changes but it's neither bullish nor bearish i think. You're right that the movement has been sideways with a little upward incline. That's not bullish for me. Though i'm not really hoping for a bullish market the scale of what 2017 made. I think this current movement for accumulation is already a good sign that the market is on it's way to real recovery.
You are right, bulls have not happened yet, but at least we can see the market is really moving up and down normally, and that is one reason to trade and invest. This market is very positive despite a decline but so far is still within reasonable limits.
