pool.viabtc.com. It can accelerate your pending transaction. Next time don't go with such a low fee. Special now that there's a pump going on.
The fee is too low for ViaBTC accelerator, at least for free option. I try to speed up the transaction with few free services, but it is questionable how functional they are. Best option is to just follow mocacinno advice, or to maybe try your luck with some users who offer such
service. Just do not pay anything in advance.
