The main theme color of BCnex reminds me about the Bytecoin.
I don't find proofs of partnerships between Bytecoin and Bcnex, so it likely coincidence with same theme color used by two projects.

I think in the future Bytecoin will be an official partner soon. I believe that BCNEX is doing their job very well and they have been very successful in fundraising at this project and they will have more investors in the future. It may be difficult to raise funds but if their teams keep up to date with the latest news, building a good exchange will only be a matter of time.
Some investors attach great importance to the latest development of a project they think is interested so it is natural to provide the latest information on what is going on from the project.
