You can't, not right now anyway... You can only acquire the tokens by playing. They have applied for exchanges but that's all we know at the moment.

There is no purpose of the BET token, its just for holding to get dividends. But the team is really marketing the project good besides they are also integrating more coins in the casino there are 2 right now EOS and BTC. LTC is currently on the way.
If you are not into playing DICE, baccarat or so then your only option is to wait for the exchange which I dont expect it to happen so soon.
