today I made an order on their site , exchange my pm to btc , but after 6 hours , I have't receive my btc , I contact them thru email , this is the only way you can contact them , but no respond at all , I do not exchange too much , just 194.16 pm $ ,so please avoid this scam exchange site !
Why did not you change your mind or write that you have received funds through 7 hours ?
enough time to write dirt, and no longer need to add positive response.
It could be a scam but sometimes with these exchanges you sometimes need to chill out for a few days or even a week. So far I have been lucky and they have come through in the end. I have raised tickets and received no response a couple of times. I will stick with the exchanges that have worked for me in the past. I will take your advice though and stay away from this exchange site.
