so it seems to be martos politics not to answer any questions concerning orders or delievry dates.
looks like we can be happy if we get any miners someday for what we paid for.
I only got one answer to an email were I asked for a change of my order saying:
"Hi,
I`ll consult with Technobit team and you`ll receive an answer in a next few days."
this is no joke, THATs all answer I got. I surely sent emails again and again, but no answers anymore.
So I tried to get some answers here, but no answers too.
When someone don't give me any answers, but takes my money I call it unprofessional.
There should be some info given to a customer who has paid, like:
"yes you can change your order this way"
or
"no you can't change your order. Your origin order will be shipped date XX"
or
"your order can't be shipped in time (should be until end of January), choose to get a full refund or take choice XY"
But nothing happend, nothing. Disappointing.
Ask yourself if this is called scam.
