I think so,because this is not actually exchange. Their primarly goal is making "blockchain smart city".
To my mind it is obvious that Binance almost has no competitors and I doubt any new exchange will ever beat Binance
Ethereum once dominated among altcoins too, but now it has equally strong competitors who can soon outrun it due to the fact that they managed to offer something better. The same will happen with the Binance, when someone can offer the best conditions and compete with it. Today's major projects once started from scratch and were little known, so any young project today can become the best in a couple of years.
