I have not heard anyone say that they received any cards from them.

As far I remember when I checked Equicex, that the anonymous card (Black Card - most probably its a virtual card), you can only get it when you have bought a physical card.
So technically, you are giving your info for verification/delivery and it is no way 100% anonymous. They say "100% anonymous" for the "Black Card", because you are getting it without any verification I think.

I hope I have explained well while I think I have not.
