Recently several exchanges have announced launch pad, where ICO are sold and listed in those exchanges almost immediately at a high price.
This have attracted many investors.
Please while investing in the IEOs don't forget to investigate most of those exchanges because very soon scammers will soon take advantage of the IEO.
I am agree, if we decide to invest in IEO, we should choose IEO from reputable exchanger. Many IEOs held by exchangers and i think the most safe and profitable is join in big exchanger like binance, bittrex, huobi or others reputable exchangers.
But mostly, IEOs in exchangers running very fast because many investor want to join and invest, its require fast internet speed and good preparation.
