The bear market has clearly been over since December. That's when it recorded the lowest price of the bottom, it's been pretty clear for about a month now that bitcoin wasn't gonna go lower than that. And now the bottoming out process is over too as bitcoin just broke out of the 4.5 month bottom. Bull market has just begun.
Agreed, from that point it wasn't pure bullish but some form of growth continued to happen with bitcoin. There isn't much of growth with altcoins by that time. Further slowly the market grew along with the growth of altcoins. It is quite hard for the market to recover, and now the present market has made a change over majority of the altcoins as well. Hope this growth continues marking a new ath.
