I have bought from this seller in the past. Then I also learnt to create my own Adwords accounts.
But, since the last 1 month 99% of my accounts are getting suspended due to payment.
Now, I reverted back to this seller and I tried on his Adwords account (rental basis). I set up a search campaign, and my campaign went live within 12 hours and it is now running.
