For me,  I think for confidence to be restored in Crypto,  project ICO and new exchange platforms have to be regulated to a certain level.  The rate at which ICO and new exchange  platform turn scam is alarming. If there are regulations that can help limit these activities,  people  will start investing more in crypto because  they know their money is secured to a certain  level. Exchange Platforms should regularly upgrade their security system to help combat cyber attack on platform, as news of Cyber attack can have a negative impact on the confidence of investors and traders.
