If it is not registered, this might back your claims. Until now nothing else does.

Ok the copy pasting of the bitmex FAQ is a bit lazy, but this is hardly proof of scam.

Since Cyberpinoy brought this to my attention I also applied to the opportunity to try out your service with a 50$ funding. If I am accepted I will try to see if anything confirms the doubts expressed by OP.
