I invested 0.9995 btc on 28.11.2018.
but suddenly the bitcoins in my wallet disappeared.
In my past address there is no investox or yobicode
they do not respond to customer service.
How do I solve my problem?
If you are going to invest around almost 1 BTC on an exchange to trade, you should have given at least a little bit of effort to know more about the exchange. Just a "YoBit Scam" google would have given you enough reasons to give a second thought about the exchange. Unfortunately, YoBit has the shittiest customer support. So good luck trying to contact them and getting a valid response. Chance are you lost (read got scammed) your coins forever. I invested 0.9995 btc on 28.11.2018.
