i have acctually sent another transaction to the same stucked address with very high fee and it acctually got through without confirming the previous stucked transaction. Is that normal ?

Was that transaction sent to the 'stuck' address & from the 'stuck' address ? If not then it is normal .

oh it acctually wasnt, so i got to send from the stuck to the stuck ?

i sent from a different wallet to the stuck one.

Is there any other thing i need to look out for like do i need to empty the stuck wallet or its fine whatever balance i have and i can just send whatever amount just with a high fee?

All you need to do is , send from "sender's address" to the "sender's address" in a stuck transaction with a high fee. Try & let me know .
