is this the reason why you managed your presence even if your thread is not so active? did you receive seed funding from them?
I am sure that there is no strong partnership. Just for the simple reason that regulators from the chinese banking system would simply not approve this step. This is not logical and it violates local laws.
If Union Pay is claimed to be a partner, just have them make a public announcement and that's it.
Besides the fact that HPB's CEO was a co-founder of UnionPay Smart which could hint some strong ties, the dapp is currently under development (testing phase) and hopefully we'll see soon this dapp going live. I think execution is better than communication...
I don't think UnionPay Intl will ever disclose anything on a ongoing development.
UPS dapp is about data traceability & personal information management.
And let's not forget there are more dapps currently under development.
They don't have to announce anything about ongoing development. The problem is just that way too often some projects claimed nonexistent partnerships. It is not necessarily a problem with you, but with claiming partnerships in general. I am sure you know what I am talking about.
