I have seen almost all of the ICO's going for ANN thread first and announcing BOUNTY later at least after a week. But some have gone for bounty first and ANN later. Is it necessary to announce ANN first or is it some kind of strategy?
Announcement thread is made for investors or tradera noticed the info which have pertinent info regarding the project. It is much nicer to see those hunters not discussing in the ann thread. By the way, those campaign that have bounty first is also okay but most them isnt worth it. A project worth can be seen by its announcement and dedication first on answering query from the ann thread.
