Usually exchange fees are very close together. The important thing is to have a secure exchange market. I do not think you will experience speed problems in the first 10 proven exchanges.
Yes, fees doesnt really matter to me. The most important I will always consider is the level of security of an exchange. Coinbase is one of the best when it comes to keeping their platform safe and secured, but some people complain that their fees are too high. I have used Coinbase and that wasnt really my problem, I didnt for once think their fees were high. If not Coinbase, then Binance or Huobi can make a good choice and I believe these two charge less than Coinbase.
If OP is looking for an exchange that is not going to charge any fees at all, then youre wasting your time. No real exchange will offer services without charging fees, cause its through those fees they charge that they make their own money. If they dont charge fees for the services they offer then how are they going to make money? So, you just got to search for one with less fees.
