Sometimes panic selling can save us too. 
I am not a regular trader but I feels panic selling at the beginning of bear run can save lot of capital than waiting for too long for doing trades.
My addition is don't regret about panic selling if the prices didn't fall after you sold your crypto just move on and reinvest on the right coin.

That would be 2 out of 5 scenarios where I would panic sell. I wouldn't flinch a lot in such low price. I shoulda get the heck out of here when bitcoin bleed to 4k. It was kinda shocking but I didn't panic, where I should expect recovery now to 10k but it was worse than I thought. I ain't regular trader now these days but I might come back anytime soon.
