The bear market has clearly been over since December. That's when it recorded the lowest price of the bottom, it's been pretty clear for about a month now that bitcoin wasn't gonna go lower than that. And now the bottoming out process is over too as bitcoin just broke out of the 4.5 month bottom. Bull market has just begun.
You are right about that, but I think many people still were not sure about that time if BTC had bottomed yet or not, you know its not so easy to do this, everything we have seen as been based on prediction, many people missed that bottom price because if they had not, we would have since lots of investment and increase in price then, but they didnt get to conclude until recently which is why a little increase in the price made everyone to start investing out of FOMO, now they are still waiting to see another of its direction if it will still go lower that this barrier it just broke or higher before they continue with their investment.
