I don't know maybe he is a user in this community. $5k though is within reach short term as compare to those so called experts claiming that bitcoin will go higher than 5 digits this year.
Certainty and a short time frame is alot more useful then wild guesses years into the future which obviously skips over all the things which must happen firstQuote

It wont work like that, his chart there explains or show quite well that we reached a point where price previously went sideways alot. This matters because it indicates a larger amount of volume lying in this area, it must be cleared before we can move past it.
Quite often the reaction of the market to this will be to sell a bit more, upsetting price and bringing us lower. That repeats until the previous price volume from last time BTC was 5k or so is cleared. Its like snow on your driveway, get shovelling
