IEO  is now the updated version of ICO  but investors are really flocking to buy a portio of the allotted coins or majority of this coins are bought by exchange insiders cause they are aware that once IEO  Coins are available  in exchange its price may surge several folds. I hope this would not be abuses by insider traders cause if they do investors may get less interest until this kind of fund raising would  deteriorated overtime.
