the IEO phenomenon makes me re-interested in investing in altcoins, now is the right time. At least every coin issued has a clear market, and from what I monitored from binance-kucoin-bittrex, their IEO succeeded in just seconds. I don't look deeper into the latest prices, for me the most important thing is the development of volume and how the developers convince the community.
