As expected, the real questions here would be are this people who were also responsible for the price manipulation that most of us are complaining about?
well, it might mean that they buy more crypto when its price drops. it doesn't mean that they made their wealth by hodling crypto only.
They might but I guess this are just a small portions. If most of them really were founders of any large trading or exchanges sites then buying and selling is just a part of their daily activities regardless of the price they still hold a huge amount of assets.
