As everyone knows ICO's are good for startups seeking to raise investment for their products. Nowadays IEO slowly gain popularity. Still i am confused which one is effective enough.
Also is it necessary to use Blockchain technology for raising ICO investment?
Maybe IEO is more effective than ICO because investors will be interested with popular platform such binance.
But about efficient, i don't know yet. But if the cost of the IEO can be covered by the successful raised funds,
then it will be more efficient to running IEO than ICO.
