Bull market will be confirmed when Bitcoin has passed previous ATH (20,000+).
Until then, be careful, many expect a bull trap and further downside to new lows.

Good idea it is not good to trust anyone but try to make your own analization and follow what your experience says, we are living in modern age where we can make good research without any problem, according to me and my experience it is good time to have patience as market has go much potential, still it can rise more than this but we will have to hold and wait until it fully bull, I am can see bearish will end till DECEMBER 2019.
