.Looking at the rules and there is really written that: "Participants must not have negative trust." Then I do not understand, I thought all bitcointalk members that have negative trust automatically can´t participate in any signature campaign, maybe it was a sole decision of bounty manager because they have quality posts?
Some bounty managers do accept negative trust account depending on the nature in which the red trust wad given, i know of a bm who accept some red trust acct to his campaign depending on the offense, i guess this bm also put this into consideration before given a chance to some account with red trust to participate. If they are good posters maybe is the reason he accepted some.
