In Artcoin signature campaign spreadsheet (phase 2) I found scammer.
I registered 7 March on position #9, username "codegnome" and someone registered as me on position #66 - 30 March
Probably this same scammer registered on position #65 as "Erdogan" but this user is already registered on position #6
Ok i,ll check this issue & after checking if he is scammer i,ll ban him for further campaigns

I do not think you will ever discover his identity. All he have to do is create a new ETH address and you will not be able to check who it is. He uses my username and all my data, he simply gives his ETH address. You just have to eliminate double registrations - first entrance is real user, second is scammer. Simply, you have to consequently check that, it is the only way.
