How long does Ico last?

It is the teams prerogative on how long they will gonna take tha project specially if they are not gathering enough investos to pursue so what they do is extend until how long the support gained,but if you think the project is a scam and nothings really expecting specially payments from your work,then you can file a proper complaint in reputation section
