But these are somehow minor details. The most important aspect is the liquidity of the order books. It's not fun if you can't sell or buy at a reasonable spread.

Also there must be marginal trading and good security protect.

Good security is top priority, but that's something which is very hard to assess for the users. If it turns out that your funds are have been safe for a long time, that's a good sign that the exchange is secure.
