Seems that his site is not so attractive for gamblers even offering such high percentage of winning. Maybe give them initial money like 10k sats and let them do your free trial. Really hard to please people so you need to think out of the box how to get them onboard. Now that players are offered with too good to be true chance of winning, no one is taking it. 
It has nothing to do with high percentages,,, except that this is a big sign of a fraudulent.
OP has one way to prove this. Just show a live stats, post all the bets made by the algorithm live in a casino, and then we can see for ourselves. But of course OP will not do this, because this is one of the oldest online gambling scams in existence. There is no winning strategy that will last forever.
