https://whois.eurid.eu/en/search?domain=leaf-systems.euit was created in 2013 (more precisely, a domain was registered, but what information was there until you decided to create an ICO? who knows...), but that doesn't prove anything. Also why "© 2018 Leaf Systems GmbH" ? Why not 2013-2019 ?)
Thanks for the catch, we'll update copyright information on website, but also Apple's copyright in his page has only the current year, it's common in websites.
