I have deposited over 13 BTC on 1xBit account's BTC wallet and in return, the present day they treat their customer who are supposedly given VIP status as rubbish as I am denied any bonuses or promo points fairly even after making deposits consistently. 1xbit has dissapointed me greatly, I will not recommend you to visit or use this bookmaker until they resolve the quality of how they treat their customers!

care explaining more what are you using the site for ? if you are playing the casino I don't see them not rewarding you with points but if you are using the sportsbook and you are a winner punter then I guess it's normal to not give you any extra rewards
sportsbet for example limit winner punters and they remove the other promotions from their accounts like price boost , it's annoying but it happens almost everywhere
so as long as you are able to withdraw your winnings it's all fine
